    When: 2nd and 4th Friday of each Month

    Come with an open mind and a willingness to try different ways of combining paper, paint,

    pencils, images, shapes, colors and lines.
    Please bring Mod Podge or Elmer’s Glue
    Substrate - Cardboard, Matt Board, Cardstock and Copy Paper
    Various sizes of Brushes and Water Container, Apron
    We supply paints, Water colors, markers, pencils, scissors
    Collage materials to bring– rice papers, old prints/drawings, photos, photocopied material, digital images, found materials – this is totally open to each participant but thin and absorbent is the key.
    If you would like to donate to the Collage pile, please bring a Ziploc baggie of papers to share!

  • Creating Art on Saturdays FREE art activity - bring your own supplies

    Jaycee Park Center for the Arts

    On Saturdays, our regular gallery hours are 1-4 pm and the public is invited.

    If you'd like to get artsy, you can bring your own arts and crafts supplies and create at the gallery. You'll be inspired by the wonderful works of art around you -- created by local and invited artists. Participation is FREE!

    Please register by signing up first via Meetup or calling the gallery at[masked] during gallery hours only (1-4 pm).

    Note: Be sure and enquire first to make sure the gallery is free. It's possible we may be having a strike/hang day, a fee-paid workshop, or even a reception opening for an exhibit. Receptions are free and open to the public.

    This group is open to the public and free. Just bring your arts and crafts supplies and come join us.
