Starting 10 week course on 8th May.
Agenda:

* Small Introduction.
* We will learn about the goal of meditation every attendee has.
* Explain the inner Energy system every human beings have.
* Experience the activation of the Energy system.
* Sit in meditation for few minutes.
* Learn to Balance the Energy system.
* Learn how to meditate at Home(Handout will be given)
* General QnA
* Individual QnA

There is no dress code, so dress up comfortably. We sit on chairs, but you are welcome to bring a mat to sit on the floor.
The recreation center may charge a nominal fee of $9 per season (3 months) for room maintenance per person for non members.

We will have a general course structure of 7 weeks for beginners followed by 7 weeks of intermediate session.
