Please join us as we once again come together with our friends at Agile Austin and Agile San Antonio and welcome the Agile Leadership Network in Houston to the Texas Agile Roundup! This year we will be hosting a panel to explore the topic of Coaching Beyond the Team. We are excited to welcome Kerri Sutey, Ty Crockett, Cherie Silas, and Dhaval Panchal as our panelist. Kerri Sutey:
With over two decades of global experience, Kerri Sutey has been at the forefront of transformative organizational change for clients like Google, ExxonMobil, and the Department of Defense. Her approach emphasizes culture and mindset, fostering continuous professional growth. A believer in the transformative power of curiosity and courage, connect with Kerri to discover new ways to lead with vision, grow with purpose, and thrive in success.

Ty Crockett:
Ty is an Enterprise Agile Coach, Professional Trainer, Team Agile Coach, Scrum Master, & Agile Project Manager. He has spent his professional career in the field of Information Technologies. His strength is in getting newly formed groups to become cohesive, self-managing, high performing teams. His experience is in assisting leadership in realizing the value of their agile endeavor. He has an intense interest in interpersonal interaction, and personality dynamics.

Cherie Silas:
Cherie Silas is an ICF MCC and a Scrum Alliance CEC and CTC. She is the CEO of Tandem Coaching where she leads teams of coaches helping clients navigate organizational adoption of Agile. She also leads the ICF and Agile Training Programs.
Cherie is co-author of Enterprise Agile Coaching: Sustaining Organizational Change Through Invitational Agile Coaching.

Dhaval Panchal:
Dhaval Panchal is the founder of Evolve Agility. He is an experienced Executive, Organization Design consultant, and Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coach and Trainer (CEC, CTC, and CST), since 2008. He has been practicing agile since 2003 and has helped build many agile organizations from the ground up.
He has led large-scale transformations at Fortune 500 companies, and mid-size Product Companies. Dhaval has first-hand experience with transformation challenges in Oil & Gas, Banking, Insurance, Gaming, and Medical domains.
