The Cocoon — Sunday Sound Bath

You’ve been “on” all week. Making decisions. Managing people. Holding it together.
The Cocoon is 60 minutes. where none of that is your job.

You walk in. You lie down on a mat we’ve already set up for you — blanket, bolster, eye mask, all of it. The lights go low. I’ll say one thing at the start, and then go quiet.

For the next hour, the only thing in the room is sound. Crystal singing bowls. Chimes. Gentle percussion. No guided meditation. No breathwork. No journaling. No talking.
Some people fall asleep. Some people cry. Most people just float somewhere in between. All of it is welcome.

When it’s over, you’ll sit up slowly, drink some water, and leave. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

This is for you if:
• You don’t meditate and don’t know how — and don’t want to learn right now
• You’ve been overstimulated and just need a room where no one asks you anything
• You’re curious about sound baths but want zero pressure
• You’ve been before and want to come back to the simplest version of this
What to know:
• Everything is provided — mat, blanket, bolster, eye mask. Just bring a pillow if you want one.
• Wear whatever you’d wear on your couch on a Sunday night
• Small and intentional — 8 spots max. This isn’t a class. It’s a room where you rest.
• Phones off. The world can wait for an hour.
• No experience needed. Seriously. You just lie there.
