Monthly Sound Bath - Small Group. Big Reset.

Once a month, I open my garage studio in Flower Mound to a small group of people who need to stop for a while. You lie down, close your eyes, and spend an hour with love sound - singing bowls and frequencies that give your nervous system permission to slow down. When the sound stops, stay on the mat for as long as you need to. No rush.

No experience necessary. Just show up.

What's included
I take care of everything so you can just show up:

• Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
• Knee pillow for extra comfort
• Light-blocking eye mask so you can fully drop in

Wear comfortable clothes.

Details:

• When: 7-8 PM, second Friday of every month
• Where: My private garage studio in Flower Mound, TX - full address sent after you register
• Price: $30 ($20 for first timers with code FIRST20)
• Group size: 8 people (intentionally small so it stays intimate)
