Dhamana Agilists exists with an aim to build, equip & empower a community of agile practitioners with a keen eye on cultural transformations across organisations in the East Africa region.
Our goal is to:
- Nurture agile centre of excellence in organisations
- Raise up individuals and teams who will act as champions and change agents responsible for advancing culture change, mindset shift and agile framework
- Drive authenticity and credibility amongst community members through accreditation and certification
With your help, we hope to influence the direction of agile in an African context, thereby creating lasting values with regards to how agile spurs and impacts economic growth in Africa.
