**the purpose of this space is to provide a safe and quiet shared experience, like a meditation hall, in which to practice.

this will not be guided, I will have a timer using Insight Timer app playing for 30 minutes. it will start with a gong. it will make a small sound every 5 minutes. one ring when one minute is remaining. then end with a long gong sound.

i will leave the camera on so we can talk or connect for a few minutes after if you like but only up to 10 minutes. we can plan it in that time if for any reason we want to reconnect more.

I practice Samatha, where I focus on breath. one day I will do vipassana again. feel free to practice any style you like as long as it is silent and respectful of the meeting. I look forward to seeing you ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ**
