Our practice is sitting Zen from 7 pm until 7:45, followed by three chants, a short koan discussion and a final sitting period of around 25 minutes. If this is your first visit, please use the meditation time to simply follow your breath and watch your mind. If you are struggling with thoughts, try to bring your attention back to your breath. Often people start by counting the breath to ten and then starting over again from one. Please ask any questions you have at the end of practice. All are welcome, all we ask is to keep the silence. Thank you.
