Come sit with Jyoti & a rotating roster of the Dharma Center Teachers every 4th Sunday for a special gathering where we will meditate together & explore various mindfulness teachings!

Various types of cushions, mats & chairs are provided (bring your own if preferred)!

All skill levels are welcome as this event aims to both build community while illuminating the path towards a more peaceful, joyful & enlightened existence.
