THUR Meditation Class
Dharmachakra Kadampa Buddhist Center, 150 Main St, Millburn, NJ 07041, USA, Millburn, NJ, USTransforming Our Life with Meditation
Meditation is more than a way to relax—it is a powerful method for transforming the way we experience our life. In Buddhism, meditation has been practiced for centuries as a way to develop inner peace, clarity, and compassion by training the mind.In this series, Transforming Our Life with Meditation, you’ll learn practical meditation techniques inspired by Buddhist teachings that help us better understand our mind and gradually replace stress, anger, and dissatisfaction with more positive and peaceful states of mind.
Each class includes guided meditation and practical insights that can be applied to everyday situations—whether at work, in relationships, or during challenging moments. These sessions are designed to be accessible for beginners while also supporting those who wish to deepen their meditation practice.
By learning to work skillfully with our mind, we discover that meditation can help us transform not only how we feel, but how we live.
Everyone is welcome.
