Join us on Wednesday, July 22 for a night of readings and discussion with some of today’s leading Chinese-speaking contemporary poets. We’ll hear from celebrated poet, essayist, and literary critic Wang Jiaxin; Lan Lan, a highly influential current-day Chinese lyrical poet; Jami Proctor Xu, a bilingual award-winning poet and essayist; and New York-based poet and interdisciplinary artist Jiaoyang Li.

We’ll hear two poems from each poet—in both English and Chinese—and will host a discussion on the myriad connections between Buddhism and poetry. Gather with us in-person to connect with the Tricycle community and this acclaimed group of poets.

This is a by-donation event, in-person in Brooklyn, New York. The suggested donation is $10.
