Join us online for an evening of practice that nourishes "the two wings we need to fly" -our innate wisdom and compassion- with Sue Kochan, our teacher.

Our guided practice will help to settle the mind and body and open the heart of wisdom within. Practice will conclude by 8p. Our "zoom room" will be open until 8:15p for anyone who might have questions about their practice.

All are welcome. No previous experience required.
