Details: The evening starts with a guided breathing meditation with sound bath. Then, sing along with ancient mantras in a call and response format called kirtan. Followed up by a mindfulness relaxation program and some uplifting kirtan.

What to bring: No yoga mats required. Cushions provided.

What it's all about: Kirtan is a call and response musical meditation from the yoga tradition, considered the most potent form of meditation in this day and age. Singing and listening to these powerful transcendental sound vibrations cleanses the heart and the mind and awakens a sense of deep inner peace.
