We host a guided meditation every 1st Saturday at Veggielution Community Farm 🌱

Join us this Saturday to pause, slow down, and reconnect in a calm, natural setting.

What we’ll do:
• Breath awareness
• Guided meditation
• Quiet time to settle

🧘‍♀️ Open to all — no prior experience needed

🎒 Bring a mat (or something to sit on) and water

🌱 Part of Community Day at the Farm
