Walk around Lafayette Reservoir

Network while enjoying a walk in nature!

Lafayette Reservoir is a great place to fish and rent paddle boats. The three-mile paved trail around the lake takes a little over an hour. Elevation change is minimal.

We will start walking counter-clockwise (i.e. towards the boat rental area), hoping to see the bald eagles on the other side of the lake closer to dusk. If you arrive late, consider walking clockwise around the lake to meet us.

Bring credit card to pay for parking. Bring comfortable shoes and water. Bathrooms are available at the parking lot and along the trail.
