Struggling with intense emotions, relationships, or anxiety? You're not alone. Join a warm, welcoming group where we explore DBT skills (like Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, and Boundaries) alongside Biblical truths and Christ-centered reflection.

Each week offers a space for growth, healing, and encouragement as we learn how to respond—not react—and live with greater peace and purpose. No prior experience with DBT or therapy required. Just bring your Bible, a journal, and an open heart.
