A Socratic Shore is a circle of free minds — a living echo of the conversations once shared between Socrates and his companions by the fires of Athens. Here, curiosity is our compass and dialogue our shore.
We are the Dialogoi — those who seek understanding through reasoned conversation. We meet to explore philosophy, science, culture, and the human condition with humility, humor, and heart.
No lectures. No dogma. No pretense. Only the give-and-take of inquiry among equals.
We are not affiliated with any religious or apologetic organizations using Socrates’ name — our aim is to explore ideas through dialogue, not dogma.
Whether you come to listen, to challenge, or to wonder aloud, you’ll find that the questions are always more enduring than the answers.
