Dialogos on Courage

This will be an authentic relating Dialogos night centered on the virtue of Courage. It will have the following structure:

7:00-7:10 - nametags and settling in
7:10-7:25 - centering / meditation
7:25 - 7:40 - introduction and agreements
7:40 - 8:00 - warm up game
8:00 - 8:10 - Dialogos explanation
8:10 - 9:10 - Dialogos
9:10 - 9:30 - group sharing
9:30+ optional chatting

Dialogos is an authentic relating technique with a philosophical bent developed by John Vervaeke (U of T). It is done is groups of 3-4 people where 4 roles are rotated over the course of an hour long structured discussion the purpose of which is to deepen a relation with a particular virtue.

The location of the event is the PHP area of 1 Elgin - the large public space behind the Equator cafe.

No prior training or knowledge is required. Please arrive on time.
