at De Anza Cove outdoor orange fitness station, bicycle around Mission Bay loop with segment on Mission Beach boardwalk
park in convenient adjacent lot

PACE
go at your own comfort level
opt in/out for anything
calisthenics: 1 set 1-10 reps
bicycle peloton: No-Drop-Ride so we stay together as peloton (like a flock of birds)

PREP
Bring Your Own Bicycle
yoga: NO mat needed (only standing/sitting)

SAFETY
Be safe!! Don't do anything out of your comfort zone. Obey traffic rules. Wear a helmet. You agree to participate at your own risk. If you have an issue, let the organizer know in order to help.

Strength:
calisthenics: squats, lunges, step ups with knee raise, jumping jacks, side steps, leg raise, rows, push-ups, dips, chin ups, hang gripping the bar

Aerobic:
bicycle: around Mission Bay
Bring Your Own Bicycle

Stretch:
when we get to Mission Beach, we will pitstop for a yoga session on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean

Nutrition
bring water and a snack
we will stop for a bite to eat probably at a restaurant
