We are happy to invite you to a public lecture about Meditation and introduction to Diamondway Buddhism with Marek Rosinski, a student of Lama Ole Nydahl.

What is it about?
The lecture will be about Meditation in general and also an introduction into Diamond Way Buddhism meditation methods. We will close it with a question and answer session and a guided meditation at the end.
