Learn How to Do Your Own Due Diligence and How to Purchase Non Performing Notes

Come And Learn About "How to Do Your Own Due Diligence when Buying an Investment Property and How to Purchase Non Performing Notes!"

September 19, 2013

6:30 PM - 9 PM

Denny's

2060 South Bascom Ave

Campbell, CA

Our meeting will be in back in the banquet room.

We have another great meeting planned out for our members this month. Our very own Michael Sarwari will be teaching us how to do your own due diligence when buying an investment property. We always hear everyone telling us to do our due diligence before buying an investment property but no one has really taught us how to do it properly. If you want to learn and network then you do not want to miss this month's meeting. We also have Tim Larin joining us to teach us how to purchase non performing notes. We are all excited to have Tim join us and looking forward to learning from him.

Mike Sarwari is a seasoned real estate investor and an entrepreneur from Silicon Valley. In his 16-year career, he has quickly risen to the top and has held prestigious positions as CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO. He is currently a Board Member of three different organizations.

As a remarkably ambitious businessman, he has been instrumental in running one of the largest real estate investment clubs based out of Silicon Valley, California. An innate passion for hard work and helping other people, along with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, characterizes his personality since childhood. At the age of 18, he launched a successful marketing firm, and managed a very large staff. He has a tremendous amount of start-up turnaround experience; “understands" entrepreneurs and investors and their business concerns. Mike has extensive experience in buying and selling real estate all across the United States. He is an avid speaker who speaks about different investment topics across the United States at many different conferences and trade shows. Mike speaks to many investors all across the nation and the biggest advice he gives to new investors is that “Education without application nets you nothing.”

Mike has an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS from the University of Nevada, Reno.
