What to bring:
• Enclosed shoes (not thongs) for wearing in the boat
• Water clothes or clothes you are comfortable to be wet in [and change of clothes just in case]
• Water/water bottle [preferably not soft drink]
We also train on the following days:

  • Tuesdays 6.30pm
  • Thursdays 6.30pm
