Difficult Feedback Week ⟡ Open Office Hours ⟡ Session B

I'm holding open office hours, so please come as a Difficult Friend and give me some Difficult feedback this week! I am not a perfect person and as of this writing (4/29) I expect that I will have made many mistakes by the time that we actually meet this week to review our organizational systems & processes. But that's what Difficult Feedback week is there for ;-) As mistakes are usually just survivable opportunities for learning.
