What we’re about
(DIG) Diversified Investor Group Subgroup Meetings are a smaller-scale version of the DIG MAIN (general membership) meeting, the overall premier place to network! Subgroups are designed as networking groups for current DIG members to share ideas, deals and experiences, support one another, increase education, and have fun!
Meetings are scheduled once a month and are divided into two categories: geographic and special interest. The geographic subgroup meetings are held in the area in which DIG members reside, and/or where the member is planning to or is currently investing. The special interest subgroup meetings are geared toward a particular area of interest for which DIG members wish to learn more about, such as rehabbing and vacation rentals.
Subgroups are held in many locations and in various counties in the tri-state area. You must be a member of DIG to attend the subgroups as they are a benefit of membership. If you are not a DIG member you can attend any subgroup meeting for a $19.99 monthly membership fee. This fee is a membership and allows you to attend all the other meetings a a member for the month. You MUST pre-register if you plan on attending a subgroup meeting.
***Please always check out website for accurate Meetings and Times and any possible cancelations before attending***
Our DIG MAIN meeting is held on the THIRD THURSDAY of the month at The Whitemarsh Valley EC - 493 S Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington, PA 19034 starting at 6pm. Guests may attend one DIG Main meeting for FREE, then must JOIN DIG to attend the subgroups.

Land Trusts are WAY More Powerful
Than You Know.
Learn How (and Why) to Create and Use Your Own
At this Online Masterclass…
With Todd Van MeterYou’ve probably heard of land trusts.
You may have even been told you should be using them.
But if you’re like most investors, your understanding stops somewhere between “I think they’re for privacy? Or maybe subject to deals?” and “Wait… are they even legal where I invest?”This online masterclass will finally give you the plain-English, real-world education you need to start using land trusts the right way—for privacy, flexibility, and creative dealmaking.
Your guide is Todd Van Meter, a 30-year real estate veteran, homebuilder, and landlord who’s been teaching other investors about land trusts since before the internet was a thing.
He’s not an attorney—he’s a highly experienced investor who’s been successfully using land trusts for decades and knows how to explain them in a way YOU will understand, even if you’re brand new. Even if you’ve been confused by them before.
Here’s just some of what Todd will clear up:
- What a land trust is (and what it isn’t)—how it’s created, what makes it different from other trusts, and how it’s NOT some government-registered entity
- The key players: grantor, beneficiary, trustee—and what they each actually do
- How bad documents can really mess you up…like make your property practically un-sellable
- The tax realities of land trusts: no EIN needed, but that doesn’t mean there are no taxes—here’s how it really works
- Who actually owns the property in a land trust (spoiler: it’s not the trust!)
- How to choose (and control) your trustee—so they don’t go rogue...and what happens if your trustee dies, disappears, or just won’t cooperate
- What happens when you’re the trustee AND the beneficiary
- What land trusts don’t do: they’re not bulletproof asset protection, not lawsuit shields, and not invisible to the IRS
- The awesome use cases beyond privacy—including how they make partnerships, creative deals, and title transfers WAY easier,
Whether you’re just getting started with land trusts or already trying to use them and confused, this workshop will save you months or years of trial and error—and probably thousands of dollars in bad legal advice.
