Digging Up Hidden History Together

I am putting together a small group for anyone in Hamilton interested in metal detecting. Whether you have been scouring local parks and fields for years or you are just curious about how to get started with your first machine, this is an opportunity to share knowledge and talk about the hobby. The goal is to get a few of us together to discuss local history, swap tips on gear, and look into potential areas where we might be able to search legally and respectfully.
We will keep things casual and just chat about the best practices for digging responsibly and what to do if you happen to find something of historical significance. This is meant to be a friendly space for enthusiasts of all skill levels to connect and learn from one another.
