The evenings are getting cold but the vibes are still warm at Digibury. We've bagged three great speakers for you at this month's event:

Adam Henderson will be talking about his research into Generation Y in the workplace - looking at the differences in the ways millennials view work, their use of technology and how workplaces need to adapt. Adam is founder at specialist consultancy Millennial Mindset (http://millennialmindset.co.uk/).

Simon Wood will be challenging the notion that every website needs a content management system (CMS). We build complex dynamic websites as a first port of call but these can be slow, can have issues with scaling, and can be complex to host. Katherine May is also joining us to share her research on the evolutionary basis of online self-storytelling. You'll hear that there’s a great deal to say about the link between primate sexual display and talking about your breakfast on Twitter.
