Speaker 1: Terence Lee, Value Consultant, AppAnnie: "Quantifying our reliance on apps"
How inseparable are we from our mobile phones? How differently should various industries capitalize on this?

Terence is a Consultant with App Annie based in Singapore, working with clients across Asia Pacific on mobile apps and digital strategies. Prior to App Annie, Terence was a Management Consultant with Accenture Digital, based at the Data Science Centre of Excellence in Singapore.

Speaker 2: Kushal Manupati, Head of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, Shopee: "Lifecycle Marketing - Shifting the spotlight to customer retention"
CRM or Retention marketing seems to be an after thought for most of the brands. This is an attempt to provide a simple guideline to start working on the retention of the customers who have been acquired using costly acquisition tactics.

Kushal is a Lifecycle Marketing expert, driving customer engagement through data driven techniques using marketing technology platforms. Currently he is leading the CRM and Lifecycle marketing team at Shopee. Throughout his career he has worked on transformational projects delivering business impact in the ride sharing, food delivery and healthtech industries across the globe.
