The biggest mistake we (humans) make is thinking that we and other humans are rational beings. We are not. Instead, we are irrational and emotional and easily influenced by persuasive techniques.
Our brains make associations automatically. Bad memories increase tension whereas good memories, or imagining a relaxing situation, puts us at ease.
Persuasion is a learned skill, and that means you must first learn the tools and then practice.
This session will introduce 10 skills designed to help you understand this process and to be more influential, and therefore more successful, no matter how you define success.
