DCHDC March 2025: A Day in the Life of a Cultural Heritage Practitioner

We have such a variety of professionals in this group, including people at different stages in their careers! DCHDC organizers, and others, thought sharing a day-in-the-life might be a great way to introduce each other to our work and in the process learn more about some local museums, nonprofits, government organizations, and academic institutions.

Julie and Atiba can get the ball rolling, but please come ready to share a typical day. We are all aware that for many of us there is no typical day, so we can also discuss that.

6:00—Arrivals and socializing, with a break partway through for introductions.
6:30—Share your typical, or not so typical, day-in-the life.
7:00—Announcements, then adjourn the meeting for further discussion and socializing.
