Join us on June 28 at Launch Scout for a discussion on facilitating great team conversations and workshops. Human-centered design practices will be at the core of the conversation with a small workshop to demonstrate some key design thinking activities to get your team in the mindset to collaborate and align on customer needs. 3 of Cincinnati’s design leaders will share their own experience across enterprise and agency environments to help you regardless of whether you are working remotely, hybrid, or in-person

SPEAKERS:

- Nicola Cimino, UXC, Product Design Sr. Manager @ Kroger Digital | UX Designer & Researcher
Nicola is currently Senior Product Design Manager at Kroger where he leads a team that supports the E-commerce experiences that drive the Cart, Checkout, and Post-Order spaces for the Kroger website and mobile apps. He has over 10 years of design experience and was previously Co-Vice President with AIGA Cincinnati. His favorite part of facilitating workshops is that the sum of the team is greater than the individual parts, and the ideas generated are exponentially better because of the diversity of the group.

Haley considers herself a people-person, and as a designer that translates to a user-person. While she may speak loudly or too fast on accident; she speaks in movie quotes on purpose. She enjoys facilitating design-thinking exercises and collaborating with her teammates and clients.
