Digital DeLand Monthly Meeting

Details

The Digital DeLand meeting for April 19th will be back at the DeLand Abbey at 6pm. Everyone is welcome!

The discussion of Open AI and ChatGPT for internet search and research was interesting in the last meetups and I believe should continue as well as the use of Instant Messaging Platforms and anything else that comes up.

If anyone has any ideas on speakers for May, we could look into the Stetson space again. I think the Summer might get slow again, so votes on how to continue through the Summer months June-Aug are welcome. I think it should be continued, we had a few new people come aboard last year during that time.

Typical Agenda & Program details:

  • Get refreshments at the bar.
  • 60-Second Introductions
  • Exchange business cards
  • Reviewing past topics as a group.
  • Presentations
  • Networking
  • Planning for the next meeting.
  • Further discussions that were of most interest as a group.
  • Discuss any possible future topics.
  • Find out if there are any synergies or common interests amongst us.
  • Re-engage in one-on-one discussions.

Digital DeLand’s mission is to provide an opportunity to learn and network about enabling technologies and tools that help businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits - all organizations and individuals - meet their goals. Technology is moving faster than ever. Digital DeLand offers an opportunity to keep up with the latest trends and advances and contact experts.
Programs feature topics such as web development, virtual operations, social media, data management, geospatial/mapping, videography, graphic design, mobile apps, and (maybe most importantly) “getting unstuck – where to go for help”.
