About Senem's Talk:
Not a day goes by without a forecast on how digitisation will change human work and the skills we need to building the future we want. What is to come cannot be predicted, but there is one thing we know today: The human being will remain unique and with this, the soft skills we master. This is where the practice of Meditation comes into the picture, as a training for intuition, creativity and a crucial ingredient for our tomorrow’s world: Emotional Intelligence.

About Javier's Talk:
Ever come across a product that looked beautiful but was awful to use? Or stumbled over a something that was very ugly but did exactly what you wanted? Ever wondered how these factors work together, and how they influence the experiences we create? Product usability and aesthetics are coexistent, but they are not identical. This talk will provide an overview over existing research in this field and present the latest findings that show how usability, aesthetics and affect work together to create great - or not so great - experiences.
