Začetek novega koledarskega leta je priložnost, da se ozremo nazaj na pretekle mesece in razmislimo o prihodnosti.

Imeli bomo odprto diskusijo o letni refleksiji in planiranju za naprej. Ali sistematično reflektirate in planirate ob koncu tednov/mesecev/let? Kaj so vprašanja, ki si jih zastavite ob koncu leta?

Dvignite roko in delite vaš pogled. Da bo deljenje karseda sproščeno, ne bomo snemali dogodka.

The first days of the new year are an opportunity to look back on the months behind us and think about the future.

We'll have an open discussion about annual reflection and planning. Do you systematically reflect and plan at the end of each week/month/year? What are important questions to ask ourselves at the beginning of a new year?

The format will once again be of sharing in a Zoom circle. Just raise a hand and we’ll give you 5 minutes to share your thoughts followed by a group discussion. Meeting won't be recorded to make sharing more relaxed.
