Expert Exchange & Afterwork hangout

Expert Exchange is a regular meetup for discussing advanced technical topics hosted by Cloudflight. It will take place in our Linz and Vienna office!

We first listen to a talk – either live or recorded and then start a discussion under a guidance of an experienced moderator.

After the discussion round we plan an unofficial gathering at our office. Anyone interested in Cloudflight and who wants to have a chat with us is invited to join us!

###### AI transforming UX design – chances, opportunities and a reality check

• Apart from being the buzzword of 2023, AI could in fact offer many opportunities to make the design process for UX designers more efficient. According to UXtweak, already 95.3% of UX/UI designers were using AI-powered tools for User Research in their work or were open to the idea. (https://blog.uxtweak.com/ai-in-ux-research/) Adobe offers with Adobe Firefly the possibility to generate contents like images, text efffects or color schemes to support Design. (https://www.adobe.com/at/products/firefly.html). Figma presented multiple plugins to integrate AI into your Design and Prototyping activities at their conference ConFig this year.
• In this exchange, we will watch prerecorded introduction into the topic and discuss the opportunities that AI offer and how it could change our way of work. What is your experience with AI in the design process? Where do you see the potential? What can be the challenges, we are facing and the hurdles that prevent us from already integrating AI into our design process?
