Many times, technical enablement teams resort to tracking attendance and attendee satisfaction to determine the success of their programs, but this data may not provide the full picture to indicate effectiveness and change. Learning programs may have a large satisfied audience, but how can leaders understand the business impact of those programs?

In this talk, Rajon will share different ways to think about what to measure and practical steps to collect the necessary data. This data can then be shared as insights to determine if gaps within the organization have actually been addressed.
