About Laura: She has more than 10 years experience in Brand and User Experience Design. Currently she is working at Liip AG, where she founded an e-commerce team. Next to Liip she teaches Interaction Design and Digital Prototyping at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and at the Graubünden University of Applied Sciences. Last but not least, she is a proud mother of a small naughty boy ;-).

In this talk she will highlight some important aspects that should be considered when designing a B2B shop and give some hints about UX in general.
