Imposter Syndrome in Parenting: A Digital Conversation
Between medical appointments, therapy sessions, school meetings, and the constant stream of advice from professionals, family members, books, and the internet, parenting a child with a diagnosis can sometimes feel like being surrounded by voices.
This session creates space to talk about those moments of uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore the ways self-doubt shows up in parenting, how outside opinions can affect our confidence, and how we learn to trust our own instincts over time.
How It Works
- Free and confidential, hosted on Totem’s secure digital platform
- Guided sharing, so everyone has space to speak, with no pressure to overshare
- Community-driven support, not therapy or medical advice
- Cameras optional, come as you are
