The Support We Want
Support can come from many places. Partners, friends, family, and the systems we rely on to help care for our children. And yet, even when support exists, it doesn’t always feel easy to access or aligned with what we need.

This session creates space to explore what support really feels like, what’s working, what’s not, and what we may be needing right now.

How It Works

• Guided sharing, so everyone has space to speak, with no pressure to overshare
• Community-driven support, not therapy or medical advice
