By 2022, everyone will need an extra 101 Days of Learning to stay relevant in this fast paced World of Work. The question is - how do you keep up with the changes and news and what are the best tips, tricks and tools to not only consume information and knowledge but also learn how to implement it?

LEANNE HUGHES
Leanne Hughes is the host of the First Time Facilitator podcast and is based in Brisbane, Australia. She loves to shake up expectations and create unpredictable experiences; her philosophy is 'Maximum fun, minimum buzzwords'.
Leanne has facilitated leadership, onboarding and team-building workshops across Australia, Canada, Indonesia and Mongolia and believes in a strengths-centred approach to learning and development. She has over 13 years’ of experience across a range of industries including mining, government and tourism sectors.
In 2018, she was a finalist in the Australian Learning Impact awards for Learning Professional of the Year.

As a business psychologist, Cameron’s primary interest is strengthening business performance by maximising the human element. Cameron integrates his understanding of people, business and performance to develop the mindsets, skill sets and key habits that generate consistent business results.

Matthew is the Chief Learning Architect at Superb Learning. He is a multi-award-winning learning experience designer with over 20 years experience developing training and education resources. His experience involves working within registered training organisations, large corporates and government departments.
Matthew’s passion is around the use of innovative and engaging learning technologies that allow for learners to become active participants and immersed in their own learning. He is constantly researching and testing the latest innovations in learning and technology. He is especially passionate about the potential that the immersive experience a virtual reality experience can have on learners, and the subsequent impact it will have on business performance.
Matthew has been recognised as a Certified Learning Professional (CLP) Master Facilitator and Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF).
