Details

Hi all, we are partnering with Microsoft Reactor to organise the Stir Africa London Tech Event. The description is as below, please do not miss it.

DESCRIPTION

Bringing together people with interest in the African Tech startup landscape, either from an investment, partnership or cofounding point of view, we aim to create the right environment to share experiences and discuss down-to-earth actionable solutions and business models that are bringing value to the continent.

We will do our best to bring cofounders, investors and other institutions enthusiastic about sharing their stories and discussing the hurdles that the different African markets present, from a product fit, operational and technical/development point of view, as long as the Social Impact side of them.

With their permission we will try to "squeeze" our speakers in order to bring valuable insights and topics into the table that steer a fruitful discussion and a better understanding of what it involves doing business in Africa.

Our first meet up will be happening at the London Microsoft Reactor, the 11th of November, and in conjunction with Digitalise Africa Initiative group (https://www.meetup.com/digitalise-africa/).

Expect a mixture of diaspora and generally interested people in the market. The format would be a set of 15-20 min talks + Q&A, preceded and followed by networking.
