Agile Lean Coffee #57: Agile and AI

Details
This is the 57th in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.
This month, we are talking about how AI may or may not be agile. How can we make it more transparent? How can we move fast without breaking things (like our future?) Part of this discussion will be inspired by this research on the root causes of failure for AI projects.
A Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting on a theme. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. The person who added the card introduces the topic. Then we kick off five-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes. We do not record to contribute to a safe space for sharing.
Thank you to the tool Lean Coffee Table for allowing us free use: https://leancoffeetable.com Use coupon code AGILENEXT23 for 100% Off your Lean Coffee Table subscription for 3 months.
Anyone who joins our lean coffees can also be invited to our exclusive agile-minded Slack community to continue the conversation.
