Agile Lean Coffee #61: A true lean coffee!

This is the 61st in a series of Agile Lean Coffees run by the Digital Leadership Meetup. These are free, monthly, virtual ways to talk about certain topics and safely discuss your experiences.

A Lean Coffee is a facilitated, but agenda-less meeting on a theme. Our participants gather, build an agenda of conversation-starting questions — and start discussing. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically selected. The person who added the card introduces the topic. Then we kick off five-minute topic timeboxes, and then vote thumbs up or down if we want to continue for another five minutes.

We do not record to contribute to a safe space for sharing. We run the board on the whiteboard within Zoom.
