Lean Christmas

We're at that time of year again, and as we don't have Digital Lincoln in December, we are starting Christmas early with our last meetup of 2023.

But fear not, we are going to be following our favourite format - Lean Coffee. Come and join us for an evening of casual conversation about technology, working with technology and life in general.

The discussion night will an opportunity to meet like-minded people, share experiences and hopefully learn a few new things.

What is Lean Coffee?
https://agilecoffee.com/leancoffee/ - This is a agenda-less meeting by jointly creating an structure based on the most popular topics. Sounds complicated? Not really, this is how it works:

• Firstly setup 3 columns of sticky notes for "Topics", "Discussing" and "Discussed".
• Write one sticky per topic you want to discuss, everyone adds their stickies to "Topics" and describes them in 1-2 sentences.
• Everyone votes on which topics they want to discuss by placing dots which represent votes.
• Prioritise discussions by reordering the topics according to the votes and start with the highest ranked

So grab a beer (or a coffee or maybe a mulled wine) and join a group of like minded people for an evening of discussions, knowledge sharing and banter
