Storytelling Lab: Public speaking training using storytelling and creativity

We invite you to this workshop because we understand the challenges and insecurities associated with public speaking.

Nuno, who has faced these challenges himself, has been a theatre actor for 14 years. He is eager to share his knowledge with all attendees. Through theatrical games and practical exercises, you will be able to unlock your creativity and gain confidence in your public speaking skills.

Objectives:

🔹Control your fear and boost your abilities to express yourself through body movement
🔹Voice control and improving diction; Learn how to engage with an audience; Narrative skills
🔹Boost your self-confidence.

About Nuno:

When Nuno was a teenager, he was very shy, and class presentations felt like horror movies to him. He studied communication and marketing and worked in sales for fifteen years, where he learned to handle any kind of public presentation. It was a school of life.

He then started doing theatre, and his love for stories and writing led him to storytelling, acting in more than two hundred shows. Now, he combines acting and storytelling to help others overcome their fears and become better communicators.

Public speaking is not just about posture techniques, voice modulation, and getting the words right. It is a process of healing and transformation. That’s why he studied psychology and completed a master’s degree in “Expressive Arts” to understand the roots of our fears.
