Talk: Mindset & Tools for Career: A pragmatic approach to career reinvention
With the right amount of work and the right attitude, anything can be learned. In this practical workshop, Maria Paula shares the approaches she used to change industries and countries three times.
We’ll cover the mindset for transition (proactivity and self‑management), how to map transferable strengths, and how to build a strategic network that opens doors even when you feel “out” of the industry.
You’ll leave with simple tools to spot opportunities, run small experiments, and use entrepreneurship as a way to gain new skills and perspective.
About our speaker:
Maria Paula Gonzalez
Maria Paula is a psychologist and entrepreneur with a decade of international experience across Africa, Asia, and Europe, including work with the World Health Organization’s mental‑health unit.
She currently works with Court‑master on go‑to‑market, sales development, and international partnerships. She also co‑founded Unandi, a platform connecting Spanish‑speaking communities with professionals. She champions practical tools for career reinvention.
