About the speaker

Iryna Yurchenko

Iryna Yurchenko, co-founder at DestiLabs - AI-native dev agency that builds AI agents, voice bots, and growth systems for e-commerce and SaaS brands.

Previously led Referral Program at Hostinger, where she built the program from zero to 75K+ active members and 315K referrals, managing $3M+ in rewards paid. Learned the hard way that loyalty programs work when you stop treating them like a marketing expense and start treating them like a product.

Loves sport, good coffee, and travel. Well, who doesn't. But speaking of travel - she's currently stuck in Indonesia due to the situation in the Middle East and can't get back to Lisbon. Not the worst place to be stuck, honestly :)
