Turning Wipe-outs into Opportunity

Nobody controls a wave. You only control where you are sitting when it breaks. AI is not a single wave, it is a swell that keeps coming, and most of us are paddling hard while quietly afraid of being caught inside. This experiential workshop is not about tools. It is about the wipe-out: what happens when the pilot fails, the skill stops being scarce, or the role gets redrawn, and how to surface, reorient and go again. Through movement, paired reflection and a simple five-phase model, you will leave with one honest read on where you are stuck and one experiment small enough to start this week.

About the speaker

Rafael Ribeiro

Rafael Ribeiro is Academy Trainer and AI Coach at Oktogon Labs, where he helps teams and organisations adopt AI without the hype and without the burnout. A software developer for 20 years before turning to human development, he is a postgraduate in Expressive Arts in Therapy and Education, a certified ICAgile Expert Team Coach, and a professional surf instructor.

He founded HuLogiks and Abundance Flow. He teaches AI the way he teaches surfing: analogies first, no jargon, and a lot of falling in.
