Hi everyone my name is Freddie! I’m a personal trainer and boxing coach with over 8 years experience training clients. Originally from London, I moved to Buenos Aires and built a health and fitness community here to bring together like minded people. I’m a big believer in the importance of movement to improve our lives, I know how busy life gets so I want to make sure you’re time training with me is fun and effective. Join me for Bootcamp to build strength and improve fitness, or let me take you through the steps of the sport of Boxing. Hope to see you soon! 💪🏼

Hey guys, I'm Kristin!☺️ I'm passionate about all kinds of movement play on the yoga "flow floor". During our classes together i encourage you to move your body in ways that feel good while I guide you in all kinds of juicy flows. Some are slow and induce a sense of serenity and calm and some are hot and spicy and encourage you to cultivate and display your innate strength. All classes are enjoyable, accessible and perfect for any type of body looking to move! No prior experience required. I offer Vinyasa, Power and Sculpt yoga classes at Freddies Fit Club and would love to see you there!
