Corporate Entrepreneurship in the toughest industries.

Details

In Germany, all industries are struggling with digitalisation and intrapreneurship. Even those who should have it relatively easy: given the fact that the core product of trading, banking, media, or government is "information flow", digitalization should be child's play, right?

Compare that to Chemistry and Materials, where the core product is "manufacturing, storing, and delivering hundreds of thousands of tons of - often highly regulated - substances". How do you create digital business models in environments where every innovation seems to need years in laboratories first, and where Lean Startup seems light years away from home?

To address this, we're bringing together a never-seen-before, all-star lineup of industry titans:

  • Björn Heinz, Venture Creation & Program Strategy,, BASF Chemovator
  • Paolo Bavaj, Head of Corporate Venturing, Henkel Adhesive Materials
  • Ferdinand Bartels, Chairman of the Board, Innovation Network for Advanced Materials

What's more, the intrapreneurs of BASF’s incubator Chemovator will be there to share their practical approach to innovating in one of the world's largest corporations.

Agenda:

1830 - Beers
1900 - Show
2030 - Beers & Pizza
