Dignity Houston has a history of providing liturgical services for LGBTQ Catholics since our founding in 1974, and we're proud to carry on that tradition today! Our service affirms our wholeness and holiness as LGBTQ Catholics, and the goodness of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Our liturgy uses inclusive language and reflects the radical inclusivity of God's all-encompassing love. A defining feature of our service is the opportunity for dialogue on the gospel message. Members take turns presiding, and together we construct the homily. Although we are not able to have a priest for our service at this time, we welcome ex-priests, married priests, and women priests to bring their gifts to our community. We may not have a priest, but we serve as priests to each other!

After service, we go out for dinner in the Montrose area. We welcome you to join us!
